A highly accomplished and results-driven Professional Construction Manager (Pr.CM) and qualified Civil Engineering Technologist with over 18 years of experience in the consulting and construction sectors.
Supports tender preparation, documentation control, and administrative coordination across HG Gongs project and mentorship programmes.
Integrated consulting across the project lifecycle — clear capability areas from inception to completion.
Lifecycle management, site coordination, and SACPCMP-aligned delivery leadership.

An applicant who wishes to apply for registration as Pr CM and Pr CPM shall possess at a minimum the following:
Status: SACPCMP Accredited (including accredited and phased out HEQSF non-aligned qualifications obtained before June 2024)
An Equivalent Built Environment Qualification on the Recognition List (Annexure A) at NQF Level 8, 480 Credits
Status: Subjected to educational evaluation
Minimum of five (5) years relevant practical experience
Honours NQF L8 — minimum 5 years post-qualification project management experience is required.
Grade 12 & other qualifications that are not built environment related — 10 years project management experience.
